Well, dont like dont play dont buy
I expect new things + many from the old. Some players will be unhappy with the new, other with the old, but that's how things always are

So? People who are hardcore Guild Wars fans will be back in Cantha and Tyria when they either get bored of Nightfall or want to visit those places again.
People who are not hardcore players will buy one chapter and be content with playing within that one chapter and that chapter alone. Not everyone who bought Chapter 1 will automatically buy chapters 2 and 3. Just like not every chapter 2 owner owns chapter 1.
Added to that with more expansive game play and more areas more people are more likely to start to buy a Guild Wars package or set of Guild Wars games.

I don't know and I don't care. All I know is that it happened and I'll deal with it the best I can.

Wasn't their plan to have the next chapter out within 6 months of the release of the previous chapter? And when they bring out new chapters and sell new additions to the game don't they make money? Plus how do you draw a connection between them bringing out a new chapter and them just completely ignoring Factions and Prophecies?

I think it's rewarding joining acounts because you gain acess to the full game with any character you have... Wich means if you have a character the started in Prophecies when you reach mid-game you could for example skip the Prophecies story line and play with that character in the Factions/Nightfall campaign form mid-level.
|
Sure... okay then.

Then don't play using all six slots, play one main as PvE Character, one as a PvP,and the rest as storage space.

Both are good... I rest my case.

You said it man! I don't know why you brought it up, but you said it!

Yes I would agree that Guild Wars will cover a lot of ethnicities. But then again wasn't this their goal? To show or have various regions be the backdrop for different chapters each unique in it's own way?

Play at a higher level? I'll grant you it is more spontaneous, but in both you just roll a build and you take your chances. It either works or it doesn't, there isn't anything higher level about it.
And Guild Wars doesn't 'shine' because of PvP. There are those that love PvP and there are those that hate it; further still there are those that only like certain aspects of it, such as RA, TA, GvG, and Halls. Just like there are those that like to get Titles, Rare items, and/or lots of money/armor. So Guild Wars 'shines', as you put it, because the game allows you a relatively large amount of freedom in how you want to play. And you can play as much or as little of each aspect of the game without it interfering with how you want to play.

Perhaps you're not just paying for the right to get character slots, perhaps you're also paying for the right to join your two accounts and allow your prophecies characters the ability to travel to cantha. And allow those characters to get armor, skills, items, and other such things that they wouldn'tve been able to get.

I don't see any reason why they should increase storage or bank capacity. If you're in that much of a need to get extra storage then why not buy an extra game and have that as a second account where you keep all your extra stuff.

Nightfall needs to include a meaningful side-quest system the way it was in Prophecies.
|
I'm sorry but I'd have to diagree with that. Doing side quest and also main quests and getting skills as a reward wasn't all that much fun. I can remember starting out with an ele and being a fire nuker and having to quest, in the early days, around Ascalon and getting skills that were completely off of what my character was. The skills were of no use and proved to help me very little through the game at that time.
I would've enjoyed the ability to choose which skill I'd like to receive through getting a skill point and gold rather than just getting a skill that wouldn'tve even fit into my skill bar. And while yes it did help in my overall skill unlocking, how much use is blinding flash and lightning javelin when those are the only two air skills you could get in quests in that area.
And if you look at it from the perspective of someone who is just starting the game rather than someone who already has Prophecies; then perhaps the idea of getting skills from the trader because you got a skill point and gold doesn't seem like such a bad idea. Because atleast then the player can choose which skill he/she would like and which skill would help him/her the most.

While we all like to read these "rant and rave" threads sometimes. We don't need them cluttering up the SUGGESTION forum.
Seeing as everyone appears to be opposed to you, and people are starting to get worked up, I'm just going to close this. Even if you did have some sort of suggestion, it was either far too extreme or just so controversial, that everyone would flame you.
